Irma de Bree - R&D and New Product Development Manager

Irma is a qualified Food Scientist with over 20 years in the food industry. She has experience in Quality Assurance, Product Development, R&D and Applications functions with major food companies and food research institutions, including Kraft, the Dairy Institute and Jorgenson Waring Foods. She has a knowledge platform from international forums, business and research groups, and her broad ranging experience scopes from factory floor level through to international multi-company projects.

Product sector experience includes; dairy products, salad dressings, mayonnaise, condiments, confectionery, nuts and nut pastes, coconut processing, prepared meals, cook and chill processing, vacuum and MAP packing. Irma joined Carroll Partners, July 2007 to provide a comprehensive Food Technology service for both principals and customers.
